working out?

i work out everyday or 6 times a week,and rest one day im not fat at all im really thin but i would like to stay in shape since i was overweight before so whenever i run my lower part of my stomache really hurts like its next to your hips and close to your stomache? haha i know this might sound confusing but does anyone understand what i mean? anyways,why does it hurt? my friends tell me its because i probably drink and then go run?but idk...thanks! :D

it may be a cramp or a side ache, because most people get side aches when they drink a lot of water then run, well thats what happens to me anyway

This is a good thing. It means the muscles are getting stronger. This is normal fro people who work out and such. You should feel the burn. lol. It will probably stop after a period of time though. I hope this helps you. =]
