information on blackberry pearl

i have had my blackberry for awhile, i can't send or receive multimedia messages, or pictures on this phone. i do have the net, not the full internet, but enough to where i should be able to receive the multimedia messages, I've tried numerous times to send pictures that I've taken on the phone but it won't let me. is everything via email? if so how do i use it, and do i need full internet access to use it? thanks!

Yeah this phone gave me problems at first too. You don't need to set up an email to receive MMS messages, or internet. If you call t-mobile, which for me is 611, they'll most likely tell you to turn the phone on and off, and then try sending YOURSELF a picture message. This usually works. However, I'd still call them just to make sure. They'll walk you through all the steps. I've had a BB for a little over a year, so feel free to ask me any other questions you have about it =].
