can i buy that in a store? i was hoping i would be able to find it in the towsontown mall...thanks

No idea where you live so the mall name means nothing to me, BUT at the top of The North Face website you linked us to, you will find this link:

... which will let you put your zip code in and tell you which store that carry The North Face jackets are closest to you.
