Ok so if somone jus lost alot of weight and they dont wanna lose anymore and they dont wanna gain
Can they eat whatever they want to but workout?
i mean for example everyday you work out to stay in shape is it okay to eat whatever you want?
And if it is, does the working out have to be everyday cant it be like 4 or 3 times a week? thanks :D

still eat healthy because its good for your body but work out less intense and for a shorter time.... hope i helped
