i want to lose 20lbs...
ive begun my diet and i exercise everyday for 45min+ i work on all my body parts..but does anyone have any tips to lose the weight faster?? i try to take in 1500 calories a day and with a workout, i only take one day off of working out. I weight like 167, i want to be at 150, but that would take like 5 months i think...any faster ways to lose weight? or patience is the key to lose weight?

ashmoe2 answered Friday September 19 2008, 11:13 pm: well your going the right way with a 1500 hundred calorie diet. that is what is generally recomended. but many poepl recomed 90 mintues of excersise in order to lose wieght. i knkow that is a lot of time but it works. i did it a dropped 15 pounds.
