weight... i want to lose 20lbs...
ive begun my diet and i exercise everyday for 45min+ i work on all my body parts..but does anyone have any tips to lose the weight faster?? i try to take in 1500 calories a day and with a workout, i only take one day off of working out. I weight like 167, i want to be at 150, but that would take like 5 months i think...any faster ways to lose weight? or patience is the key to lose weight?

Your body is going to take it its time to lose weight Yes pateince is DEF the key to losing weight but trust me it doesnt take u 5 months to lose 20 pounds i was 160 pounds and now im 120
and i did all that work in 3 months.
You jus need to be serious if you rlly want to lose alot of weight.Your doing fine now

well your going the right way with a 1500 hundred calorie diet. that is what is generally recomended. but many poepl recomed 90 mintues of excersise in order to lose wieght. i knkow that is a lot of time but it works. i did it a dropped 15 pounds. ]
