i want to put a perminant purple streak in part of my hair, nothing big just a little section. whats the best way to go about it? any brand i should use?

I dyed parts of my hair pink before, and I went to Sally's; they have a huge variety of colors. I don't think there's a particular brand that I used.

get extreme colors like hot pink and blue from hot topic ive tryed them and my friends have and it works relly well.... or try a hair place but there more money and theres more money to get it done by a pro but thay are the best and it will turn out best if you do that!
