yah so my period should be here, and i know it's coming, b/c i have bad pms and the aches and pains start up. But pmsing really causes me to be in a bad mood, and like everything pisses me off, and it can be the simplest things, it also causes me to be depressed at times. But depression it pretty normal for me at times. So is there anything to kinda like calm me down?
and i need some tips on losing weight, i weigh a little bit under 170, and i'd like to lose 10lbs by thanksgiving, any tips? I have exercise videos and ive been on diets before, i just want it to be effective and actually work.

For aches and pains I suggest Aleve. Whenever I start to feel those pains coming on I take a couple and they start to work right away. After the first to days the pains go away for me so it's like I bypassed the entire uncomfortable two days. Also I eat fudgesicles I think the chocolate is totally soothing and try putting a water bottle on your lower stomach it really relaxes me. I think you should just keep up with the exercising my mom wanted to lose weight and she just started walking, everywhere. To the store, the library, and she also cut back on what she ate eating mostly fruits. I saw the pounds practically fall off of her in a few weeks.
