blackberry curve
i just got the blackberry curve last weekend and its already broken.... like sometimes it wont turn on and when it does it takes like 30 seconds just to open up the menu or to do anything and a lot of times when i press a button or move the scrolling thing nothing happens... and a sand time thing keeps coming up in the middle of the screen saying that its loading but it does that when im not even loading or pressing anything.... has this happened to anyone else's blackberry curve?? or whats wrong with it??

Have you installed any programs that didn't come with the phone? If so, try removing them and then pull the battery. Go to Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Applications and then highlight a program, press the Menu key to the left of the trackball and select Delete. If you can't find the program there, you may have to uninstall it through the Blackberry Desktop Manager on your computer. I would recommend contacting your wireless carrier about how to do that because they'll make sure nothing gets deleted that is necessary.
