Cell Phone Problems

Question Posted Tuesday September 9 2008, 12:42 am

Ok, so my boyfriend has an AT&T phone and mine is Verizon. Sometimes it takes twenty minutes to an hour to get his texts. Whats going on? Is there any way we can fix this? Besides him switching to another service? (He doesnt get that choice he's still on his parents plan)

Thanks so much for the help!
Its just really agrivating expecially when we are talking about something important.

He needs to turn his phone off for 20 minutes, then turn it back on. This should reset his connection to the Verizon server. If this doesn't work, have him call Verizon and ask them to manually reset his connection. This should fix the problem.
