You shouldn't really pop spots. It increases the chance of scarring and infection. If you must do it, wash your hands before and after.
but the best way is to just let nature take it's course and let them go away on their own. Everyone gets spots, it's nothing to worry about.

NO! It's okay to pop white heads anywhere else on your body. The only place where you shouldn't it around the nose and eyes. It leads to a strong chance of infection and can scar VERY EASILY. Just let them go away on there own.
