Vegan dye is a dye that isn't damaging to your hair, doesn't use harsh chemicals, and is completely vegetable based.
So you could use Special Effects as much as you want without damaging your hair. ((This does not count bleaching. If you bleach your hair it obviously will be somewhat damaged.))
