I'm not overweight. I'm actually in decent shape, from playing sports. But I have problems with my eating and I know it's not good for me and I've tried changing it but I always seem to revert back to old habits...
Basically, I eat pretty healthy most of the time... but about once or twice a week I'll splurge and eat like a bunch of cookies or candy or something, and then my stomach hurts and I feel like I can't eat for a day. I know I shouldn't but I just don't think about it when I'm eating so I do anyways. How can I fix this?? I want to be healthy all the time :)
