calories in a sub

anybody know how many calories are in a 6 inch Spicy Italian Sub from Subway when using wheat bread? it has salami, peporoni, american cheese, and i put lettuce pickle and salt&pepper onto it. about how many colories do you think are in that sandwich?

Adding on to what the other person said: yeah she's right. On most "fast food" restaurants you can look up all the calories and fat in their meals and all that good stuff. the whole sub all together has about 480 calories, and lettuce, pickles, and salt (but its still bad for you!) don't have calories, but pepper does. Assuming you didnt use a lot, im guessing no more than 5 calories of it ( a teaspoon is 6 calories), so 485ish, maybe a little under : )
