icic but my other is doing fine though? it has a plug on it now but my left one you said leave the taper right? so when im gonna put the plug if u say i have to leave the taper in? sorry kinda confused >.<

If the left one is the painful one, then leave the taper until your ear isn't as painful, and then put the plug.
If you change it now whilst your left ear is v. sensitive and sore then it will just irritate the ear.
Clean it twice a day and wait a day or two, then put the plug in.
Sorry if that was confusing before.
