Good point, Than i believe she didn't spray her hair because her hair is so used to her styling it and all that, that it would stay that why anyway. Or maybe she didn't want to wasted another ten seconds on her video to show you she sprayed it. Or maybe she forget. there could be many reason why she didn't, that only she would know the answer for.
