The question is 3 days before i put the tapers i took of my earring for 3 days because was swollen and 3 days later it healed, so today my left ear's hole was kinda gone and i put the 14g taper and IT REALLY HURTS the right ear was okay because i put that tapers before but the left ear hurts a lot is this okay? i already bought the sea salt so i clean it do you think the blowout will occur in my left ear since the hole wasnt really there and i kinda forced it to put the tapers there and it bleed please and thank you sorry if its kind of confusing

You might get a blowout, but that's unlikely.
I think you're just gonna get a small infection, but this time don't take out the taper. Just leave it there even if it hurts. Keep cleaning and don't mess with the ear. Seriously though, put the plugs in! The tapers make things way more painful and easier to get an infection cause they get knocked around.
After you've worn the plugs and your ears are fine, you can put the tapers back in. During the healing process I don't recommend tapers instead of plugs.

Next time you should be careful though. You've skipped one or two gauges and this can cause blowouts.

Good luck and be careful!
