Thanks for the advice, one quick question, though: Thanks a lot for your advice, it makes me feel a bit less nervous, and I would NEVER cake makeup, I've seen the aftermath-NOT pretty. But, my question is, I bought acne-healing foundation (I have pretty mild acne), mascara, eyeliner, and lip gloss. If I wore all that very, very lightly with maybe a bit of eyeshadow, would that be too much to start out with, or would that be good? I know I'm a really pretty girl, and I just would like to sort of make it come through... does that sound to dramatic?

ok I like a lot that you said you know your a pretty girl, and you would like it to come through. Thats good because make up shouldnt be to be making someone pretty, just high light their features like i said before.
The foundation is fine, I normally would suggest against it for such a young age, but if you have acne, then thats acceptable. Just be sureee not to use too much.
Mascara and eyeliner are fine, and lipgloss is always fine for all ages, unless like its bright red or something. If it looks pretty natural, like shiny and that it, itll be good. Dont wear lipstick, its a little too strong for a middleschooler.
And finally eyeshadow; this could make it all a little too strong. Im not sure what shade your tryna use, but no green purple blue any of that. Maybe like a golden tone, or light pink... thats what I use. Honestly, I wouldnt start out school like that, just begin with the others. Wait a little while, like 1-2 months into school, and then start using the eyeshadow. I dont know but for me, eyeshadow is kind of too much for 8th graders. But it depends on how it looks on you!
But no, all of it doesnt sound dramatic (except for maybe the eyeshadow). I'm sure you look great :) ]
