Question Posted Wednesday August 20 2008, 5:22 am

My sisters laptop is kind of broken. She has an HP Pavillion Entertainment PC. At like the top of the keyboard where it's like a little touch-screen thing and it has like the DVD button and the quick play button and the volume buttons and stuff well it's not working and I have no idea why or how to fix it anyone have any idea? Sorry for my lack of computer skills and punctuation.

If all of those buttons don't work, then it's probably the keyboard driver. Find the product number(dv2700 for example), go to HP's site, and find the proper driver to download.

Contact HP if you have trouble.
