Adding membership to my sight

I want to add a forum to my sight and a membership sign in, how do I do this? Please tell me in the simplest way because I'm new at this.

It's almost impossible to code it and host it on your own. If you want to make a forum you can use invisonfree.com

They have great free online forums with membership sign in.

That was a question I asked Theymos awhile ago. Learning how to do that will take months, and implementing it will take even longer.
