um try ANYWHERE!
they have tights in every single store i've been to! the cheapest i've seen is at Target. just visit your favorite clothing store. if you dont find them yourself then dont be afraid to ask!
when you finally locate them, try colors you hardly ever see on ppl like yellow or some other brught color or whatever hue you prefer!
