Website for fashion (making your own)

My friend was telling me about this website that shows you how to make your own clothes that are currently in fashion.

Does anyone know this website?

On that site you can mix and match all different things. Shirts, shoes, pants, skirts, dressers, accessories, etc.
And what I love about it, is they have ALL different types of clothes and if you find a shirt or something that you really like they give you the link to where you could buy it.
And you can make your little fashion thing and save it. All you do is make an account, go and make an outfit of what you want and save it. :)
