I haven't personally used it, I'm still waiting to buy it (I need money D:), but I know TONS that have used it. The colors were amazing.
If you go [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) that is a tutorial on youtube, and she used coastalscents.com (bought from it and used it that tutorial) and you can see one of the blue colors. Also, right now it's out of stock but they're supposed to get more sometime this month.
I use Sonia Kashuk brushes, and I REALLY like them. They work great for me. And you can just go to Target and pick them up. :)
