Personally, legit means that they have been in business a long time or that there is some means to contact them if something goes wrong or if the service is professional enough. It's mostly a judgment call. If you feel safe from ordering with that website, go ahead. Personally, I like ordering sites that I know others have purchased from.
Coastal Scents looks like a personally owned business. When it comes to businesses like these, you should keep an eye on your account to be sure no funny business is happening. I'm reading the reviews on this site and it seems safe enough.
