jamba juice

is jamba juice high in sugar (not natural from fruits) and calories? =[ why?

jamba juice is actually pretty healthy. I don't think they ever add sugar, so it's just the sugar in the fruit, juice or yogurt, which is a lot, but it's still good for you. The jamba juice smoothies all have their calories listed at the store so if you choose a drink that is low cal it will probably also be low in sugar.
