Photoshop CS3

i have photoshop cs3 and was wondering how could i create a floral border for the left hand side corner?

do i need a photo or is there a tool i could use?
does anyone know any good tutorial websites?

please help all advice are taken :)

you can go to the paintbrush tool and change it to a different brush like the presets, and if you go to photoshop.com you can download brushes there and i'm sure they have floral ones there
