I have tanned skin..what color hair would look better with that..a honey brown or black??

Honey brown would look best, black would be TOO harsh, unless you have an exotic look about you.
But, it all depends on the length aswell, if you have shoulder length hair that's styled well, black might look alright, it all depends really.

Honestly both would look fine to me. I'm a guy so maybe that means more to you, or maybe that means less to you.
Try one out, and if you don't like it, then try the other out.
