Only wash your hair every other day, avoid BRIGHT sunlight, and try to use conditioners with UV blockers in them, it helps tremendously. I have RED hair, and that fades the quickest but I do these things and it prolongs the color for longer.
Hoped I helped! If you want anymore advice about this, just ask me.

next time you are at the salon, tell them to bleach your hair white. when they normally bleach hair, they bleach it to a blonde / orange / yellow color. if you want it to stick and stay longer and not fade, tell them to bleach it white, or platinum blonde. Continue using color saving shampoo and wash your hair only 3 times a week in cool to cold water. it helps.
