how do i unlock a song that i have purchased on itunes
purchased songs lock so i cant download it to convert it to and mp3
how do i unlock the song?

iTunes is a very restrictive program in that way. The best way at this time to get rid of the DRM, or "unlock" your music, is to burn it to a CD, then REUPLOAD it to your computer from the CD. That should fix your problem.
