schools gonna be starting in a few weeks and i want to try out some new hair styles. i don't really have good hair because i don't get the protein i need so my hair is dry and doesn't grow well and it's damaged. so until i can fix it i don't like wearing my hair down. so what are some cute up do hairstyles? maybe some website that show it?
my hair is like medium length like a little above my boob.
or if you could give me like some hairstyle that will like somehow mask my damaged hair.

LiLMAMAx answered Tuesday August 5 2008, 6:50 am: If you straighten / blow dry / curl your hair, then I would definitely recommend getting the Tresseme Heat Recovery shampoo & conditioner. It works wonders! Also, try buying a straightening cream or spray that is heat ressistant, that way it won't fry and damage your hair. Definitely get short layers cut into your hair because it will make it look more healthy & grow a lot healthier.
There are also a lot of different shampoos and conditioners & products for dry & unhealthy hair. Try using one of each everytime you buy new shampoo & see which one works for you.

KayMay719 answered Tuesday August 5 2008, 12:34 am: I have the same problem with dry/damaged hair. You should really try hot oil treatments for your hair. You can buy them at like Walmart or any hair place, for really cheap, too! Hot oil treatments smooth out your hair & fix dry split ends. As for hairstyles, if your hair isn't already layered...you should definitely try that. Layers are super cute on medium lenght hair, and you won't able to see split ends as much! And for updo styles, just google "cute updos".
