It's nothing major like Karate or MMA, or Muay Thai, or Kung Fu, but it's the same things that Ninja's used to learn. It's really awesome. It's basically Karate with extra katas and more in depth spiritual sides. I'm impressed with the outcome because it's helped me on a couple occasions.
I also do Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do. Tae Kwon Do has been named one of the most deadly martial arts in the world AND one of the most trained. It has lots of basics, and if anything else, it's easy at first. Your Poomse (kata) is relatively simple at first, and then you can get into Olympic Style World Freesparring. I think it's great too!
SweetGuyBrokenHeart answered Tuesday August 5 2008, 12:25 am: Trust me karate is no fun, i tried it and hated it. I do MMA now, every style mixed together and its great. I started doing muay thai and it is a great base style to start with. It gives you kicks, knees, punches, elbows, the works. Good luck kicking ass!
