hi im 16 yr old im a shy guy and im overweight and ive been trying to lose some weight im worried because my penis is very small can being overweight affect the size? will it grow?

yeah im pretty sure weight could affect the size because your cutting off circulation. so loose some weight and im sure it will grow..your still young too so you have alot of years to let it keep growing
