Actually you shouldn't have to finger yourself. Who told you to start? There is no law requiring you to do something just because of others. If you had never known about this would you be missing something? Most likely not! There is such a fuss today about how a person should be, as if every one has to measure up to a certain standard. Break the mold and do something different! My wife is 51 and tried it one time and found it to be very disturbing. She never did it again. We have a great sex life but she enjoys what "I" do to her, not to herself. So relax and leave your pants on. You have so much more life to give than to worry about this. Self fullfillment will leave you empty!
