so u say u can make it tighten bak up && how is that??

By something called Kegel Excersizes.
When you pee, let it flow for a second then tighten up so your pee flow stops. The muscles that are used to make you stop peeing, are used to tighten up "down there." Once you stop your pee for a few seconds, let it flow again. Once you figure out how to use the muscles when your not using the bathroom, then you can do it all the time. Do it in sets of 10.
