Rock music and singing

is it true that rock music is the easiest to sing to?

I can sing to some stuff but im not really that good.

It really all depends on your voice type. For some people it may seem really easy, while for others it might be really difficult. It also depends who you're singing to, and what your range is. If you've got a lower voice, singing to a guy's song might be easier, while if you've got a high voice singing higher notes would obviously be easier.
Just try to test a lot of different types of music out! I'd recommend ballads, since they're slower and you can really concentrate on all the notes. Ballads are slower songs, btw if you weren't sure.

i've never heard that rock music is the easiest to sing to. depends what you mean by singing though. screaming? growling? actual melodic singing? all in all, singing is singing.. and if you're singing to rock music like metallica- nothing else matters or pop rock like saliva- click click boom, you need to control your voice, so it's still hard.. not as hard as high notes though lol. good luck
