Was Grandmom right about this skirt?

Question Posted Tuesday July 29 2008, 5:22 pm

My grandmom gave me a long black leather skirt w/ matching blazer jacket for my b-day, and she told me that they never go out of style...but I've never seen any of my friends wear anything like this. Do you think that I will get made fun of for wearing it? Would you say that it was in style? I know it was really expensive, and I don't want to dis her by not wearing it, but I am not sure where to wear it to, or even what I think of it...it feels really weird on.

Thanks for inboxing!

I think that you shouldn't care what others think, or if it's "in style". If you want to wear it, then wear it. If you don't want to wear them together, you can always wear them separately =]
