How do I put a full size picture on my advice column?

First, you'll need to go to:
www.tinypic.com

Next, click "browse" and select the picture you want to use as your Advicenators picture.

Then, hit "Upload Now".

After it uploads, copy the code under "Direct Link for Layouts".

Finally, go to your Advicenators Profile settings, and paste the code into "URL of a Picture of you" section.

And voila!
