If hes pushing you to do things like more than kissing (or kissing if your uncomfortable with that even), chances are hes using you. If he really liked you he wouldnt pressure.
So thats one way of knowing

well, if hes using you he'd probably be pushing you to do sexual things with him.. if he's not doing that than odds are he likes you.
but there really isnt a real good way to tell, so as the person below me suggested, i'd talk to him about it if i were you.

hey you should talk to him about it... because in the end all you can do is trust him when he tells you he loves you. if you cant trust him then your relationship wont work.
relationships are based on trust and thats how both ppl in the relationship stay faithful to each other because they trust each other.
you need to trust him. so talk to him.
