i signed up for phonezoo.com.

and the verification code was sent to my phone and everything.

but i was just wondering.

is it free to use?

Yes the ringtones are free. However, they send the tones to you via text messages & then require you to download the songs from online (on your phone).

So even though you're getting free tones, remember that the text messages and internet usage on your phone isn't free. So be sure to check up on how much usage you are allowed for both to be sure you don't use up too much money. =]
