okay so i really like this guy. i met him about a month ago at a party. a couple weeks later we hung out for basically the whole entire day and we talked alot and one of my friends that was there said that he was always trying to find a way to talk to me. (who knows if shes right but whatever) anywaysss, about a week later he gave me his number and said to call him when i wanted to hang out again. i never called him but i texted him and we were texting for like basically the whole day...and night. he said he was gonna go to bed and he'll talk to me tomorrow but he never did...i kinda want to text him but im not sure if i should...should i let him text me? from a guys perspective, do you like when the girl makes the first move? i can hold a conversation with him for hours, hes really outgoing, do you think he likes me? what should i do?

Go ahead and text him. Guys can't always make the first move. Most guys like for the girl to take charge every now and then. He's probably waiting to hear from you. I think that since he's outgoing and easy to talk to, he is probably interested in you. Give it a shot.
