I know you guys hear this alot but I have a crush on this boy. He talks to me and makes me laugh and stuff. But I also think that he might like this other girl. I'm not jealous. I'm not really the jealous type anyways. I just never talk to him. He talks to me but I can never start it. I want to be his friend, well I already am but not close. I see him about 2 or 3 times a week. Thanks so much you guys!

You should really talk to him more, don't start by being the best friend and being really upfront and asking him out, just be subtle and nice to him. If he likes you he will respond in a sort of flirty way, maybe, Don't ask him if he has a crush to soon, be areful otherwise you could turn him the total other way than you want!
