Question Posted Monday July 14 2008, 6:31 pm

hello, 15/female.

alright... so theres this guy, lets name him chino. well me and chino havent really hung out before. but i know all his friends, and ofcourse i've seen pics of him, and he is VERY cute. (: lol, well...me and him used to text 24/7, and all that good stuff, but then just like 2 weeks ago he left to new jersy. at first it was jus for the summer, but he told me he might stay forever... which i dought cause his mom lives here and all that.

well, the point of all this is that i cannot stop thinking about him! it sounds pethetic but i reaallly am feeeling him.

so now since he went to jersy, and i he dont got a phone we talk throu myspace.

he always tells me im sexy and beautiful, so i know hes at least a lil interested. but i wanna know for sure.

so me and him had this convo right.. and it was like him mentioning something to me, and i told him i had a dream about him and he asked for me to explain it, and so i did. and he wrote back saying that it was a very cute dream and that if i saw him as a boyfriend type and i told him yes and asked him if he saw me in that way...

at first he didnt replay but then he did and he was like, " ofcourse, if i was still down there i woulda deff. wifed you, but theres none i can do now. " ...

idk....!!! do you think hes into me?

I don't think it matters. If he's staying in NJ, there's no point to starting a relationship. I'm not saying long distance can't work, I'm just saying it's pointless. If you havn't gotten to know him yet, why not get to know someone a little closer to home?

Yes. And very much so ;]

Here's some signs that a guy likes you:

From there:

1. They don't call you "sexy". They call you "beautiful", "gorgeous", "amazing", etc.

2. They make an effort to hug you. They might high-5 instead, but it really depends on the guy in question.

3. They DO find any reason to touch you in some way. Mostly it ISN'T in a sexual way. Its more of just an excuse to remember what you feel like, I guess. Its hard to explain...

4. He is always smiling around you. If you're feeling bad and he's around- he'll be smiling because he knows that he's there to help you- and that's like brownie points for a guy if they can help a girl out. That, like the above, is hard to explain.

5. He'll tell you things about himself that he normally wouldn't tell everyone. He opens up to you. Guys don't get a chance to do that when pressured to "be manly".

6. If you have a feeling that a guy likes you- you're probably right. Guys aren't the best at hiding it- and girls are even better at figuring these type of things out.

If you like this guy- and he does all or most of those things- my best bet is that he does like you. That means one and only one thing: Ask him to make sure, and then try the relationship out. Who knows- it could be great!
