Does anyone know how i can download Counter Strike,Dota (Death Of The Ancients) on the net ?
Is there any websites i can get the game(S) ?

Counter-Strike, like all Valve games, is downloadable via the Steam client ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)). It's fairly inexpensive too. I haven't checked the prices recently, but it's only about five to ten dollars, and Counter-Strike: Source (CSS) is only about ten to fifteen dollars.

If you meant a free download, you're SOL.

DotA, as far as my understanding goes, is a Custom Scenario map for WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne. The map itself is downloadable for free at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). WarCraft III itself is not downloadable to my knowledge.
