ok since you said that how do i tell him that is i am scared he will say no?

Oh yeah! and just tell him that you think hes cute, constantly, IM him and be like "HEY GORGEOUS!", all guys love that. Also, when you're iming him just be like we gotta hang out, and if he says "yeah" or something along those lines, be like "when are you free?"

it works out every time :]
usually guys give every girl a chance to hang out, and if they dont like them like that anymore then they just don't hang with them again

Just be like "do you want to hang out one day?" he should say yes. But make sure you knew him for a period of time, not just a few days. If he says no, just be like okay, can you call me later? thats what i would do.

don't be shy, if he says no hes not worth your time anyways ;]
