hmm.. well i think the best way is in school.. definately becoming friends with guys.. or have your friends introduce you to gentlemen... flirting isnt much.. most people think its rubbing up on him and whatnot.. not really the case.. if you make a guy feel relaxed around you, that he can talk to you about anything.. and sees that you're different from every other average girl looking for a fling or money, they can really take into consideration being with you.. if you see they become real close to you.. to the point you guys talk all day all night or hang out alot.. consider making the first move.. mmost guys love girls who are determined.. strong.. intelligent.. and straightfoward as well! so once its to the stage that you have asked him what he looks for in a girl and vice versa, maybe tell him how you feel.. how you can see him as more than a friend :)
