i have inny nipples like an inny belly button is it bad?

It's not "bad".
Lots of people have inverted nipples.
If they have always been like that, then it's nothing to worry about.
How old are you? There's a chance they could grow and stick out (protrude) as you get older.
If they don't change and it bothers you that much, surgery can be done.
If I were you, I'd just learn to like them. :)

I'm not sure about inny nipples. If it's like an inny belly-button, it shouldn't be bad. If you're worried, ask your doctor about it, they will know better than us ;]
