because youre turned on during sex, your vagina walls expend, making it much easier for the penis to go in,
but of course there are lots of angles that would hurt a lot if the angle of the penis was off...
but really, our body's are made for sex to comfortable. ]
To be honest I couldnt answer this question from personal experience since I am abstinent. However, I am pretty sure that the reason you are suppose to put a tampon in a certain angle is to prevent causing any discomfort. I'm sure many people would stop using tampons if they put it in at the completely wrong angle cause im sure it would hurt.
The applicator of a tampon is straight, hard, and not bendy at all, whereas as during sexual intercourse, the penis is able to move around not stay stiff.
Hopefully that answered your question =]
