Okay soo..
I'm 16 and a girland I'm talking to a 23 year old.
He's such a sweetheart and he is careful with me.
Do you think that's wrong? Everyone is going against me.
But he talked to a police officer that he is friends with and the officer said that as long as he doesn't force me to have sex with him OR as long as I'm not drunk or anything than it's fine

Well, 23 IS a bit old for a 16 year old in my opinion, and it's illegal in most places. BUT, if he's not forcing you to have sex with him or do ANYTHING you're not comfortable doing, it's not so bad. I mean, as long as you have a healthy relationship that is pressure free, you're ok.
If you really feel like this is right for you, then keep talking to him. Just BE CAREFUL, and talk to your parents or an older sibling about it. I know, you think I'm crazy for saying that, but it's something you should really consider doing, and it's one small step you should take to ensure your safety.
Even thoguh I think he's a bit old for you, I'm a sucker for love. Like I said, as long as you have a healthy relationship and he's not forcing you into anything, it's not THAT bad, but it's not eprfectly normal, either.
