Try subtle flirting. When your eyes meet, look at him for a few seconds and then look away. Or, when he sees you looking at him, do a scan of his body with your eyes. Both of these show interest. Try touching him, but not in any serious places. A hand on the shoulder if you're standing up, or a hand on his thigh sitting down works very well. If you're talking to him in someplace kind of crowded or noisy, instead of yelling to be heard, lean in close and whisper in his ear. That really turns guys on.
