Toronto Pro Bono Lawyer

Hi, my father left 6 months ago and racked up a visa bill to $22000 he has not paid it and now my mother is getting letter to pay it. We need a lawyer because she is not responsible for that debt. Where can i find Free lawyers in toronto that can help us with credit fraud or something along the lines of what is happening...
