A lot of people think there is some miracle cure for losing weight and there really isn't.
Treat your body right, eat healthy, don't eat fast food, you work out by doing cardio and toning your body, and you'll be fine. But you can't expect it to be right away.
I've had problems with my weight my whole life and the ONLY thing that works is eating lots of fruits and vegetables for snacks, eating a healthy good breakfast, eating salads with dinner, and healthy things like chicken or tuna for dinner, and working out 5 times a week, doing an hour of cardio and toning my muscles.
If you can get a membership to a gym, I don't know where you live but I believe it's the same everywhere, planet fitness is only $10 a month, that's it. To go as many times as you want. And you can ask the personal trainers there to help you with any thing you want and any goal you want to achieve.
It really does work and it's the safest thing you can do.
You just have to be committed to it, and you can't stop it once you've reach your goal weight or your just going to gain the weight back again.
Diets never work because they are temporary, it should be a life choice on how you decided to take care of your body, unless you have an overactive thyroid, then you need to see a doctor to get on medication to help you with that.
Other wise just doing what I said before. I'd be surprised if someone had an answer (other then throwing up and starving yourself) that works better than what I'm saying and it didn't hurt your body.
Not because I'm a know it all but because I've suffered from it my whole life too and my friends and family have as well, so I've seen what people do and the diets they have all tried and watched friends harm their bodies by throwing up and wind up in the hospital, so I'm not trying to be rude at all so I hope you don't take it that way I'm just saying be really careful with what you do to your body, it can hurt you a lot in the long run if you don't.
And because I've been in your situation so many times I have asked numbers of doctors and nutritionists and personal trainers and they all told me the same thing I'm telling you. For a person your age, I think that's the safest way to go.
